Would it be possible for you to clarify a bit more the comment you made at the SBC about beer and the Republican party? This statement:
"Our churches in the south are filled with people who think if you vote republican and don't drink beer, you'll go to heaven."

There is some disagreement of that statement at this link.

I heard you speak to similar things at the Advance09 Conference. I *think* I know what you're getting at. I'm thinking you were using hyperbole.

I was wondering if you would expand on this a bit for us.
